A space with modern and advanced work facilities,
designed to encourage collaboration and productivity

Introduction

XP Inc., a company recognized for its innovation and excellence in developing technological solutions, decided to create a space dedicated to the collaboration and productivity of its teams. This project, named "Lab XP," aimed to create a modern and inspiring environment. Our scope in this project covered everything from ideation to the co-creation of the space, including the definition of its visual identity. Below, we highlight the main points of this process.

Ideation

The ideation phase was crucial to ensure that Lab XP met the specific needs of XP Inc. and its employees. We conducted several brainstorming sessions with leaders from different departments, as well as market research to understand trends and best practices in collaborative workspaces. During this stage, the main objectives of the project were defined:

  • Create an environment that promotes innovation and creativity.

  • Stimulate collaboration among teams from different areas.

  • Provide a flexible and functional space capable of adapting to various types of activities.

Creation of the Visual Identity

With clear objectives, we moved on to creating the visual identity of Lab XP. The visual identity needed to reflect an ecosystem that brings together numerous talents within a single structure with a common purpose. The creation process included:

  1. Inspiration Research: Investigation of visual references that combined modernity, technology, and collaboration.

  2. Concept Development: Elaboration of visual concepts that integrated modern graphic elements with a vibrant color palette and dynamic typography.

  3. Logo Design: Creation of a logo that captured the essence of the concept, using geometric shapes and colors that symbolized innovation and, above all, the connection between peers.

  4. Visual Applications: Definition of how the visual identity would be applied in different materials, from internal signage to communication and marketing materials.

Co-Creation of the Space

The final stage of the project was the co-creation of the physical space of "Lab XP." This phase involved a collaborative approach, engaging the future users of the space in the design process. The main activities included:

  1. Co-Creation Workshops: Conducting workshops with employees to understand their needs and expectations. These workshops provided valuable insights that guided the design of the space.

  2. Partnership with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of designers and architects specialized in modern corporate spaces. This partnership ensured that the space was aesthetically pleasing and functional.

  3. Prototyping and Validation: Development of prototypes for the key elements of the space, followed by focused meetings to validate and refine the proposed solutions.

  4. Execution and Implementation: Supervision of the construction and implementation of the final design, ensuring that every detail was aligned with the visual identity and project objectives.
